Excellent even heating
We have these two pans, and they heat faster and more evenly than any others we own, including our calphalon pans.
Small, but very nice
The only complaint is the size. It's perfect for single meals, but trying to feed a group holiday meals and you need two or everything. They heat up well, clean up with little effort and are good quality. I would recommend them for a couple making usual nightly meals.
