Portable Yakitori Clay Stove #JST/08

First time use great. Slowly fell apart after washing and cleaning it thereafter
I purchased this from Vinh Dong restaurant supply here in San Jose because it looked somewhat high quality. When I got home and fired it up with charcoal there were no issues. It kept the charcoal burning and everything was nice and hot. It was when I went to clean it the next day after it had cooled that the outer ivory "shell" showed cracks and started peeling off to reveal some kind of blackish powdery material below. I believe it is clay as stated in the description. So I went to wash the grease and what not from the sides and the Japanese characters started falling apart! I thought they were hand painted on but instead they are printed on cheap paper and glued on! When exposed to water it just disintegrated. I was pretty shocked. I mean it served it's purpose and cooking meat over fresh charcoal is very tasty and you can control how raw you want each individual slice to your own taste. To some the cooking area might be a tad small but my wife and I managed to finish...
