Winco Red Removable Sleeve Only - for 12 inch Fry Pan -- 1 each.

Silicone sleeve
I can't really do much of a review for this product because I'm not using it. The Winco fry pan I bought it for is so well designed a silicone sleeve is unneeded. I will say that the sleeve I received will not fit the pan I bought. Apparently there are two different sleeves because Winco produces pans with two different handles. This sleeve will only fit a solid restaurant-style handle -- completely flat and about an inch wide. The picture they show is for two sleeves, and it looks as if one will fit a round tubular handle, which is what I needed. So be advised that purchasing these sleeves may not be as easy as it looks. I did NOT contact the seller for a replacement because, as I said, the sleeve is really unnecessary, and I only paid a couple dollars for it anyway. No big deal. I you have a pan that needs a silicone sleeve, you might be better off taking your pan into your local kitchen store to ensure a good fit for the sleeve -- there are so many different shapes and...

Head Chefs 00964 Burger Stuffer

Burger Stuffer
A very easy to use product that does a perfect job at making a stuffed burger. The only down side is cleaning the meat out of the lid, it has a lip that the ground meat gets stuck up in.

Le Creuset 6 x 4.75 Inch Poterie Crock

I cook for a living...
Ahhh...those French! We have 12 of these at work in all of the different colors. We don't store utensils in them though, we use these in our baine marie to keep our small sauces hot while we're in service. The insulating properties of "poterie" are superior to the stainless inserts that most kitchens use.

Vive la France!!!

Lovin' these at 5 mojo*z!!!

Le Creuset Stoneware Crock
This is by far one of the best purchases I have ever made. It keeps everything handy while cooking.

Wish this little crock was available with a cover!
Agree with another reviewer, a set would be nice AND covers to allow slaw, cukes in sour cream, fresh tomato slices etc. to marinate in the fridge with service in the pretty crock container.

Pack Of 10 Microwave Splatter Shields/Plate Covers 10" - Vented - Assorted Colors

unforeseen side effect but works for intended purpose
Everyone needs one, right? I've used paper towels and potholders but wanted something made for the job that wouldn't fall off when the turntable rotates, and paper towels never conform to the bowl or plate anyway.

This does the trick. No more splatters all over the hard to reach places in the microwave. So if that's what you need, it's a timesaver.

One unforeseen drawback: food or liquids bubbling and condensation will spread some liquids across the top of the splatter cover and will redistribute across the inside top of the cover -- so if you have it covering a bowl or smaller plate, expect gravity to drop it down on top of the turntable (outside the bowl) for you to wipe up. But the mess is localized on the turntable and easier to clean so I think it's worth it. I expect this would be the same for any splatter cover so this drawback is not specific to this product.

I bought 10. I plan to gift all but 2 of them. What a practical gift!

Lodge AS6S21 Silicone Square Pot Holder, Yellow

Good but only up to 250 degrees...
I bought this along with a Lodge cast iron skillet. I did not read the description fully that said it's only works up to 250 degrees. So I was quite surprised when I tried to use this to get a cookie sheet out of the oven (baking at 350) and nearly burned my hand. The heat immediately came through the thinner parts of this pot holder - ouch! I still gave it 4-stars as it seems to work well if you use it properly. However, I really don't have much of a use for a pot holder that can only handle up to 250 degrees. Oh well... lesson learned! :)

Happy Nibbles Microwave Chip Maker

Fun, easy, and healthy
Took a chance on this one since several negative reviews were posted. On the day it arrived, my husband sliced up a potato and presented me with crisp chips. We haven't yet tried any other vegetables but do intend to make sweet potato chips. We ordered one for our son's family since he and our wonderful daughter-in-law encourage our two grandsons to explore healthy food choices. The slicer isn't terrific, but most well-stocked kitchens have a mandolin.

Just good, not great
After falling in love with sweet potato chips, and getting tired of microwaving them one plate at a time, I decided to buy the Happy Nibbles Microwave Chip Maker. While the product does work fine, it could be bigger - most people have a microwave that could fit something twice this size, and you could make twice as many chips at once. Also, the plastic did burn a little at one point. As previous customers have pointed out, the cutting edge and bowl are completely useless (I threw mine out) but as long as your kitchen has a mandoline, you're good to go.
